Bleeding the radiators can help distribute the heat evenly through the home again.
When is bleeding needed?
Bleeding can be advisable when:
- Radiators make bubbling or ticking noises.
- A radiator partly stays cold.
- The heating works less well than you're used to.
After bleeding, always check the water pressure of your boiler. Is the water pressure too low? Top up the installation if needed.
Does the problem persist?
Does a radiator stay cold or do you still hear noises? Then there may be another cause that needs to be investigated further.
