What can you try yourself?
You can check the following:
- Is the water flushing away slowly?
- Is the water standing high in the toilet bowl?
- Isn't the water draining away at all anymore?
You can try carefully loosening the blockage with a plunger.
Don't use objects that could damage the pipe.
What shouldn't go down the toilet?
Only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
For example, don't flush the following down the toilet:
- Wet wipes.
- Kitchen paper.
- Fat or oil.
- Hygiene products.
