What can you check?
First check the following points:
- Check whether the boiler has power.
- Check whether an error code is shown on the display.
- Check whether the water pressure is sufficient.
- Reset the boiler according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Does the boiler still not start up after that? Then we recommend having the installation checked by a technician.
Possible causes
A boiler that won't start up can be caused by, among other things:
- A power interruption.
- A recurring fault.
- Water pressure that's too low.
- A technical fault.
